Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges, Returns And Refund:
1. Can I return, refund or exchange my products?
We are sorry but we do not accept any exchanges, returns or refunds. We take it case to case basis. In rare instances we may allow exchange. The customer is required to bear the to and for shipping cost for exchanging the products.
2. What is the exchange procedure?
Write to us at hello@nailsonthego.in with your order details, the items/items you want to exchange with the reason for exchange. Please make sure that the products are in an unused condition in the original packaging.
Our team will analyse your exchange request and upon approval we will ask you to pay the shipping charges.
Once the shipping charges are paid, we will generate the reverse pick up and get the returned items picked up.
Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse, we will inspect the quality.
If the returned items are in proper unused condition, we will ship the new items to you. If they are not in the desired condition, we will ship the returned items back to you.
3. What if the goods delivered are damaged?
Every order goes through a quality check before being shipped. If however, you receive a damaged item, we will take it case to case basis and provide the best solution. A clear and uncut unboxing video must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for any complaints or disputes.
